SO it's been awhile since I've updated some pictures of my butterfly garden. With my being gone, and busy over this latter part of the summer I haven't had much of a chance to even be int he garden much. Then with the week of rain we got it made it hard to weed and mow and such. So a few hours yesterday brought my garden back to life, somewhat.
Here's a before shot:
Notice you can't even see the coquina rock border, and those chairs- I've never liked the chairs, they have got to go.

A close-up of my periwinkles, which until last week I thought were something else, I just don't remember what I thought they were?
I've trimmed them back and rooted them and hope to get them planted nicely all around the back of the butterfly flowers, which by-the-way, I have NO butterflies to speak of- yet.

How could I post without an updated picture of my plumeria's. They are doing great! Of course the ones still in the pots have not bloomed yet- I know at least one of them is orange. So that'll be my next project- to get these all in the ground. Until them here's the big boy that was already int he ground when we moved in:
