They are all 24 days from seed planting.
Here are the cauliflower (top left)- should go into the ground in the next 2-3 weeks and should be ready for picking near the end of Feb/early March
Broccoli top 3 large containers- should go into the ground in the next 2-3 weeks.
celery, smallest sprouts- when they are 3 inches tall I will transplant in the garden, they should mature around the week of April 11th
Spinach bottom row- these mature quick in 40-50 days so I need to get these babies outside soon. They should be ready for eating the end of this month or the beginning of Feb.
And my second box of broccoli only, they are surviving thankfully.
I have the structure of a new bed built, I just need to get the soil to fill it. Now that I think about it, that bed will not hold all of the above, so...
...I have a large old bed I put in years ago that ended up being too big, perhaps it's time to bring it back to life.
