Spinach is everywhere!!
Today I made my first batch of spanakopita using my own home grown spinach!!
It was yummy.

Thankful I have a small garden of spinach *smile*

I love the smell of dirt.

I love watching things grow, planting, pruning, weeding and eating the fruits of my hard work.

I've gardened in Oklahoma, New Hampshire and now Florida.

I prefer Florida.

I am in zone 9.
